Actually, look about 1:15 into the youtube video; all the graphics disappear when no markers are fully visible.

We could also just assume the camera doesn't move when the marker is lost, but that tends not to work well.

Hello,

I am wondering if you can tell me how you were able to keep the dog on the screen when the marker was not in view of the camera?
Thanks!

Hi Blair,
We are trying to overlay a bmp or a 3DS object on the marker for our AR application on Symbian S60 5th edition platform. However, we are strugllign with the right piece of code to be used for doing this.

We are playing with the CTextureManager class to do this, but are not making any progress.

Please help.

We compiled the library and the Simplecube sample, but the cube is not shown when the marker is brought into the video. Is there any code missing? Can we add a bmp in place of the cube?

Aneesh was not involved in this project; the students who were are either no longer working with the lab, or have moved on to other things. We posted this as a service to the community, to allow people to get started, but we have no people or resources to provide support. I'm sorry, and good luck.

Please provide us with your valuable suggestions on how to compile the application for the emulator/device

1) We have downloaded the ARToolkitPlus-S60 appllication from the http://www.augmentedenvironments.org/lab/research/tools/artoolkitplus-s60/ following location.

2) We are facing difficulties in compiling this application for the emulator/device environment.
Our Environment details.
	a) Installed the S60 SDK 3
	b) Installed the carbide IDE
	c) Installed the C/C++ plugins
	d) Installed the OpenGL_ES_1 plugin for S60
